At the same time I bagged that part I also did the elbow pockets; however, I was not very happy with the black tinted gel coat and fiberglass. Also, the quality of the molds for these parts was not good enough. I have made the decision to use clear gel coat and carbon fiber (at least the first layer) on all the seat parts. So these parts will be scrapped and re-made.
Finally, in preparation of installing the seat, I did a complete mock-up of the car. It's also good to make sure there are no interference issues with any of the recently completed parts. Most importantly though, it looks cool and gives me some much needed motivation.
