It's been a long time since I posted, but there has been a fair amount of activity lately. The '98 car repairs are nearly complete following the incident with the curbs at the August driving day. The '97 car had some damage from the October driving day and that has been repaired; however, new front bell-cranks are in that car's near future. The other project currently underway is a new steering layout for the '08 car. I am revising the steering wheel position with the addition of some universal joints. The steering rack was also disassembled two broken bearings were replaced.
Also, currently helping Ian Bahnsen with a few welding repairs on the '12 car. A few of the rear chassis tubes have been replaced. Also, the steering system on the car will be simplified a bit, here are some pics of the progress.
