I replaced the existing fuses and relays in the '08 car with a combined fuse and relay block.  The old parts were working perfectly fine, other than some of the relays looked like they had been drug along the track at some point.  My real reason for doing this project was to clean up the wiring harness and try my hand at a more compact and sealed electrical system.  I used a block set up for 280 footprint fuses and relays.  Wiring the fuses was not a simple as using a good pre-wired fuse block, but the ability to jump over to a relay with just a short wire is pretty cool.  The unit has little rubber seals that seal the wires from below and a plastic cover the seals the entire unit above.
