Completed the wheels for the '99 and had the set of rains mounted.  I figured the rains needed to get used sometime.  I did screw up and didn't tell the tire guys which way to mount them so the fronts are backwards and I can't swap the left /right due to differences in the hubs.  Oh well, should work just fine in the dry.
