Jason and I met up with the current UC FSAE team at Camden. We brought out the '97, '98 & '02 cars, while UC had their '08 & '11 cars. Blue and Stumpy had a bit of stage fright to start with, but eventually fired up and ran. However, Blue ended the day prematurely with a broken drive shaft. Blue's new engine appears to be a decent runner and the new dash worked fine except for the tach which was reading double the actual rpm. Stumpy ran well and has a very good amount of grip, but the shifting and steering effort can be improved. Money ran very well, but ended a very long day of running with a broken rear pull-rod pick up. We ran two slaloms. Slaloms are something we usually pass on, but they were very very fun. Below is a video of me behind the wheel of Money for a few laps.
